In such cases, you may contact us and ask for a replacement. Please use them first to see whether they can work well when you receive your order.

We can’t exchange for any opened products. and if there is any wrong from our store on your order, So we will change it without any delivery fees.

After received your order if you would like to exchange or refund some items or all the order, You have to pay delivery fees.

Exchange & Refund Period:

7 Days product return/ replacement Guarantee;
We have a 7-day-product-back guarantee on all our products (excluding disposable vape,  prefilled cartridges, e-juice, coils, batteries and all clearance items) from the date you received it without any reason. You should return the item in its original packaging condition to us. After we receive the returned items, we will offer you to replace with another order while your money will be credited in your next order.

Credit exclude actual shipping/tax fees already incurred.

Warranty Devises Policy:

Devices warranty only 3days. If there is any manufacturer defect, replace the device without delivery fees (all disposable device out of warranty after leave the delivery guy)
